Since we were contacted via WhatsApp before we wrote briefly when we had not found the name tag at the airport. We had been looking for Viator/ when the contact came, the sign read Sun Leisure. But the contact came to us immediately - no waiting time, everything was fine.
The service was excellent and easy to use. I use Viator every time I travel to Thailand. I have recommended Viator to friends and family and they have all had excellent experiences with them as well. They were flexible when my sisters family had flight delay issues. Thank you Viator.
The airport is pretty busy with lots of names written on pieces of paper! Head to the big number 4 by the door and you will be in the right area. Once we found our name we were taken to our waiting taxi for a nice air conditioned journey into Bangkok. I would recommend this service.

Hundreds of vendors with name signs at arrival level couldn't find mine. Called number listed, no answer. Other staff at Airport did not recognize this company name. After about an hour from landing time viator showed my booking as complete. Wonder if I'll get a refund! Plenty of cabs at Airport, similar price, much better option.
Good morning, This is impossible, full refund would be given, our pick up point is exit gate number 3 and our team is there 24 hours a day, pls contact us so we understand our problem and resolve.

One of the more disorganized greeting experiences I've had. The driver was not easy to find, I had to go to a very chaotic board to try to find my name, then they had to locate a driver, who if he spoke English as promised, wasn't apparent to me as he never spoke. After 2 days of travel, it was not the experience I was expecting or needing.
The van was in a pretty poor condition compared to vans booked through Grab. It got us to our hotel safely though.
