Very polite and helpful driver. Vehicle was as requested and was clean
I know this is probably not customary but, my driver waited for my plane to come in as it was delayed and hour! After the plane landed he contacted me and we met at the designated spot. The transfer was perfect!
Very poor communication. Requesting a refund. Called multiple times to communicate flight cancellation with no way to leave a message. Finally received a text message to text. The response did not come until hours later. When flight was rescheduled asked if pick up time could be changed, there has been no response 12 hours later.
The driver was very responsive and provided excellent service- even after our original flight was cancelled and we didn’t arrive until over 12 hours late.
