Grazie agli speciali permessi di accesso al porto potremo arrivare fin sotto la vostra nave. Per questo motivo è importante specificare anche il nome della nave. Quando scenderete dalla nave all'orario previsto nella prenotazione, troverete il nostro autista ad attendervi con un cartello di riconoscimento nominativo. Ti aiuterà con il trasporto dei tuoi bagagli al veicolo, che è ancora parcheggiato vicino alla nave. Emanuele was fantastic, he was waiting for us as soon as we exited the terminal as promised and got us to FCO airport without any issues. He was also very responsive with any questions we asked leading up to this transfer. Would highly recommend!!!

The driver was courteous and on time. The a/c was great —Rome was HOT! The van was clean and comfortable.
Easy pickup. Driver assisted with luggage and we were in Rome from the cruise port ahead of schedule.
Emanuele Colella was an excellent driver. He was prompt, communicated with us before the pick up, and took good care of us the entire way. He had ideas for good restaurants in Rome. His van was clean. I highly recommend him.

She was exactly on time. Made leaving much easier. I will say this was probably on the more pricey side compared to the taxis sitting there BUT this was pre booked so it took the stress off trying to find someone etc out of the equation.

You will definitely be given a first class experience. You may have to walk a little distance to the van, but it's no big deal if you have no problems walking.
