Don’t book at home this allows for no valid reason to cancel 40min before the arrival of our plane , and does not want to limit making refunds, work and not done for everyone, really lacks seriousness!
Nous vous informons que vous avez réservé un transfert depuis l’aéroport d’Agadir vers Anza, qui se situe à environ 15 minutes du centre-ville d’Agadir. Cette zone ne fait pas partie du centre-ville inclus dans le tarif initial. À 14h30, quelques minutes seulement après votre réservation, nous vous avons contacté pour vous informer que la destination (Anza) n’était pas incluse dans le prix indiqué. Moins de 10 minutes après, nous avons procédé au remboursement intégral de votre paiement. We were let down very badly they failed to pick us up on arrival at airport had to get a taxi to the hotel after half hour wait on them then again they failed to collect ourselfes at the hotel to take us back to the airport for our return flight 14 days later we had to pay again for a taxi to the airport they refunded for the money we paid for the transfer both ways but NOT for the taxis both ways to & from our hotel had we known they were going to let us down we would have used the jet 2 Transfer bus would never recommend this company in Morroco again Primer tours
We’re sorry you were unhappy, but our driver was at the airport as arranged—you chose another taxi without informing us. For your return, the transfer was booked for 6:30 PM, and when you called at 6 PM for an earlier pickup, we asked you to wait 20 minutes, but you didn’t. We still refunded both transfers, even though our service was provided as agreed.
Our Transfer did not pick us up as planned & had to pay for a taxi to our hotel & still waiting for full refund for taxi fare unhappy person

Booked this shuttle 1 hour before pick up and had no issues. Can pay by card via booking platform. We had a private shuttle to the airport with prompt pick up and drop off. Would recommend

The transport did not come as planned. Imagine the panic and anxiety and fear of missing your flight. Fortunately there was another guest at the hotel going to the airport and they agreed to share with us. I am highly disappointed.

Highly recommend! Departure Transfer Review: you booked your departure transfer 15 minutes before the pick-up time, but no one called to confirm. It was a late-night transfer, and I ended up canceling. However, I did get a quick refund.

The taxi didn’t have room for my 15kg bag and no AC so was really uncomfortable and hot ! Should have booked a taxi elsewhere if I knew that there was no AC in the taxi…. So would not recommend this to anyone older or with less mobility Would like my money back please

I booked a transfer from Agadir airport to a beachside hotel, providing all the necessary flight and destination details. On the day of travel, I received no confirmation that a driver would be meeting us, but assumed someone would show up at the airport. After waiting over 30 minutes outside with no sign of the company, I had to make alternative arrangements to reach our hotel. The service was extremely poor—they took my money, didn’t answer any calls, and offered no way to contact them. Beware: if you book with this company, you risk being stranded.
