Devi essere pronto a essere flessibile e attento per quanto riguarda l'orario di ritiro. Vi consiglieremo eventuali variazioni. -LIMITE BAGAGLIO: una valigia grande e un bagaglio a mano per persona.

Il ritiro è in banchina. Non prendere una navetta. Il tuo autista ti aspetterà sul molo, con in mano un cartello con il tuo nome sopra. Si prega di essere pronti 10 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza.

Absolutely best way to get to airport, pick up right by ship, lowest cost. No brainer for cruisers.
Our overall experience was amazing. Our driver picked us up on time and dropped us off at our location without any issues. The van was clean and cool, providing us with a comfortable ride to our hotel. The driver assisted us with loading and unloading our very heavy bags. He shook our hands upon pickup and again at drop-off, which was a nice touch.
We didn’t have to leave the port, driver was present with a lot of other drivers holding a sign with our names on it. Very smooth ride.
Excellent service. Met by our very helpful and friendly driver Vlad at exact location as advised. He stopped at a spot with the best views of Roma to allow us to take photos. Gave us small commentary /history of some of the buildings we passed on way to hotel and even suggested places to eat and helped us with our bags at the hotel. Highly recommend using this service.
The driver was on time & the ride was smooth. The minivan was full, with 6 passengers (3 parties) but with adequate comfort. Good communication channel & the office was responsive before the transfer.

The driver was over 25 minutes late to pick us up, with no communication and no answer from the 2 phone numbers listed by the operator. Incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would NOT recommend.
I wish I could remember our amazing driver's name! He has been working for this company for 4 years and drove construction vehicles before that. He was kind, friendly, informative and a great driver! He was on time and located the three couples sharing the shuttle quickly. He shared great information about Rome with us as well. It was such an enjoyable experience!
It took a few minutes to get everyone situated and on the road. Once in the can, it was a smooth ride. Thank you Matteo for getting us from the ship to our hotel quickly and safely.
