Terrible as the transfer was a no-show. If technical issues, then why not call the guest or contact Viator to come up with an alternative plan. Terrible Service.

Driver was great but not what I requested for. The vehicle is not what I requested and meet and greet was not what I requested
Dear customer, the car was as described in our service, one of our luxury SUVs. We know perfectly well why you are not happy about the fact that you went on foot to check in the baggage compartment in Disneyland. And this is not included in our services. The driver informed us about everything.
5 out of 5. Great communication between us and the driver and the driver met us within 5 minutes of picking up our baggage. I would definitely use this service again.

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was great. Our driver was there and waiting when our flight arrived with holding a sign with our name. The vehicle was super clean and very nice and comfortable. Went smooth as could be. Would definitely recommend.
