Easy setup with great experience. Grab and/or Bolt is real shaky at midnight traveling 1.5 hours to a different city from BKK. This was an affordable and excellent experience.
It was a fantastic trip. Everything was perfect. The airport meet-up was great; we easily found her using our name tag. The driver was 100% perfect. We will book them again.

I used this service in January 2026, a transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya. It was a great service and really great driver. Highly recommend this service
Instructions to find the booth in the airport was spot on. They are right next to Door #4. We found our name and informed the attendant who arranged for a ride for us in approximately 10 minutes. The driver was very careful and took us to our hotel in Jomtien Beach, which is about 1-1/2 hour away. Very pleasant experience.
In BKK they don't wait for you at the exit you need to go where all transportation companies are located and search for you name out of 100s names posted. Easy to use Grab similar to Uber.
To trust, comfortable driver, easy to communicate with. Clean and comfortable car, can be recommended on the strongest, a clear choice.
Great car, easy pick up. My phone fell out of my pocket as I was getting out of the car, didn't realise till I tried to check into the hotel. Grabbed my laptop jumped on the hotels wifi and called Beer (lady that organised ride) 10min later my driver returned with my phone. Absolute legend.
Currently sat in a taxi as S&S limousine did not turn up, concierge at hotel rang for me on loud speaker, no answer . Very disappointed that they would just let you sit in a a hotel lobby and not inform you that nobody is coming, shocking
