Worthless service, both outbound and backbound having to arrange everything themselves. Driver was unreachable so figure it out! Never start!!

This was our first time in London and I appreciated the pre-booked pickup from London Heathrow Airport. Our driver kept in contact with me thru WhatsApp so I knew exactly where to meet him. We had a great ride from the airport into our hotel in London. Our driver kept was very kind and friendly which made the trip fun. Highly recommend!

The transfer company absolutely did not know what they’re doing, and I had sent it from the United States of America to be picked up at London, airport! They had no idea what they were doing and kept calling over and over to find out the pick up time which they were given four months prior to travel date.

We emailed in advance for a car to accommodate our luggage. A car was sent that was too small. We were left to deal with our transportation after flying all night.
Dear Jennifer, Upon reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that the booked vehicle was a sedan, which has a maximum capacity of 4 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage. Unfortunately, the amount of luggage that you brought (two sets of golf clubs in travel cases and 3 additional suitcases) exceeded the vehicle’s capacity. Regrettably, the driver had to decline the service in order to comply with local regulations and avoid potential penalties for overloading, such as being stopped by traffic authorities. There was a problem with our booking. The wrong flight number was shown, effecting the pick-up time. I first called the Tour Operator who referred me back to Viator. I spoke with Viator who could not reach the tour operator. They told me there was nothing they could do and there was no path for escalating my concern. When I became upset and insisted on better service, they were somehow able to reach the tour operator. The tour operator said they couldn't provide the service at the correct time and would not issue a refund. Viator also refused to refund me. I had to book with another tour operator, paying twice for the same service. I would never book with this tour operator again.

Driver was wonderful. Heathrow was not. Luggage has been lost. Never returned, despite them saying they would. Now I’m about to lose my whole trip because of them. Driver waited for me despite all of this.
