Fast professional and no delays. Our driver Mack contact me two day before mi trip to double check all information and see what. Vehicle will fit our needs like the luggage size.
Airport pickup was canceled by the service four hours prior to our arrival time, which did not allow me time to reschedule with another operator.

Mack and Royal were amazing! It is a bit chaotic getting off the cruise ship and finding your transportation but Mack really was patient and communicated well during the madness. Their cars were so nice and cool and they got all nine of us back to the airport in plenty of time despite the crowds. Highly recommend!!!!
Absolutely do not take them. I put in my reservation that I need a airport pickup at 5pm. I landed at exactly 5pm but the driver called and said that he had to take another family??? That doesn’t make sense it was a private round trip booking he should have only been taking me. I waited an hour probably 45 minutes longer than I should have and just took a taxi. Don’t use

Not to mention that you take a while to receive your luggage. We are a private car service, and the round-trip is private, we never said that we will have another family in the car but mention that as your flight arrived late and during the rushing time, we only request your understanding & patience due to high traffic and other circumstances involving late arrivals. We want to provide our sincere apologies. However, I can assure you the wait was not 45 minutes, you only message us you left after we call you to let you know the driver is waiting. My husband and I are not big travelers and we’re worried about our transfers. Our travel agent actually had you picking us up at another hotel. Once I noticed the mistake you corrected it with no hassle and kept in touch as to your exact arrival. Driver was very polite and friendly. He got us to the airport in perfect time. Pierre did a fantastic job. He arrived early ( as did our flight) and picked us up quickly. He was able to get us immediately to our hotel and provided some feedback about the area(our first time here). He even provided contact information for us to book a return trip to the airport. Very professional!

Driver complained about our meeting time. Make sure they have your plane number and expected time of arrival. Driver later called back and made issue about his hair brush missing to my wife.
