Se prevedi un ritardo, contatta l'operatore locale o la hotline di Desert Voyagers Tourism per tenerli informati. In caso di mancato contatto dopo il periodo di attesa, verrà considerato un "no show" e non verrà emesso alcun rimborso. Trasferimenti di partenza: presentati nella hall dell'hotel 10 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro previsto. Inoltre: per i trasferimenti in partenza, l'autista concede un periodo di grazia di 15 minuti dall'orario di ritiro previsto. Se prevedi un ritardo, avvisa tempestivamente l'operatore locale o la hotline di Desert Voyagers Tourism. Il mancato contatto dopo il periodo di attesa designato verrà trattato come un "no show", con conseguente nessun rimborso.
