The service was 15 minutes late and didn't communicate with any of the messages I sent inquiring about where they were.
Need more of a guide coming into the city for the first time. Also needed better directions to the hotel since the driver dropped us off 4 blocks from the hotel.

My experience of the pick up from the Mexico City Airport was smooth but what I did not like was the 3 rented 3 rides due to my group size. I was the last one to take off from the airport to be dropped off at the hotel. Not sure why the drive took a route through a market that stretched for blocks. We had people banging the van, scraping the van, people stand in the way. This was not a pleasant route to take. The return from the hotel to the airport was a better experience and the driver was friendly.

We arrived, searched for them, tried to contact them AND also to contact Viator (ability to contact Viator in case of an issue is terrible). We finally got taxi from airport (much less expensive) and finally tour operator replied when we were in the cab on way to hotel and said where they now were (which is same place we were looking). At least they refunded without hassle. Viator makes me rethink using them -the system to contact them when there is a problem is terrible.

Review for Private Transfer from Mexico City Airport to Hotel I booked this private transfer expecting a seamless and efficient experience, as advertised. The description promised a driver waiting with my name on a sign for a smooth, stress-free pickup. Unfortunately, the reality was far from that. After landing, I spent a significant amount of time communicating via WhatsApp, relying on a translator app to bridge the language barrier. Instead of being greeted by a driver, I was directed to a taxi stand—a far cry from the personalized service promised. The entire process took much longer than anticipated, defeating the purpose of booking a “private transfer” for convenience and speed. In the end, the vehicle we took was essentially a taxi, but at four times the cost. If you’re looking for efficiency and a true private transfer experience, I’d recommend exploring other options. This service did not deliver on its promise and felt overpriced for what was ultimately a standard taxi ride.
They were supposed to meet us with a sign with our name. Got a text telling us what door to go-to (fine) but then nobody was there and we had to ask stranger taxi people for help at 11 pm..... Once we got in the ride it was fine and they were friendly....
When we areived at the airport, the transportation was already waiting for us. The driver was very pleasant!!!
