Confirmed pickup time 2 days earlier. Night before, they sent an email updating the time. We were at the ballet that night with no cell phones. Got back late and had no reason to check email. They came an hour earlier than I confirmed and, of course, we were not there so they left! We had to pay almost double for last minute cab. They wouldn't even give refund since they "notified me". Would never use again.
Dear client, why are you deceiving, aren’t you ashamed? We can put your correspondence with us so that you would like to be at the airport at 10 am and we have assigned you at 9 am. We have all the evidence and screenshots of the emails. Why are you lying like that? We also refuse to ever provide you with service; you lower your rating of our service.
