My Experience was Miserbable

I was misled and potentially swindled. Despite answering detailed questions that I had 6 people traveling in my group when I got there they acted surprised that these people would have luggage. It was explained to me that they had provided ONE vehicle to accommodate 6 people traveling 9,930 miles. What did they think, we were dropping in for a weekend in Vegas? They texted many times during my flight to confirm the number. They should have known we would need TWO vehicles or one large vehicle in ADVANCE. Even the airline allotted two check-in bags, a carryon, and personal item before charging an additional fee. You mean to tell me that a company that specializes in transporting people to their hotels from a major international airport destination does not anticipate that these people will have luggage in excess of what could be transported in a minivan? Seriously I had to provide the names of everyone in my group. Then when I get there, I’m given the alternative of hiring another vehicle from them with unexpected up-charge on my part vs securing an additional vehicle through a ride-share app. I would not have minded being charge for two vehicles in advanced, especially since you portrayed yourselves as a reputable, experienced, well organized company by being thorough about taking information up front and numerous advanced communications. Instead I’m told my luggage could be taken and all 6 people could be transported in the second vehicle or split my group in two and get a second vehicle with them essentially doubling my price vs fend for myself by securing transportation immediately and spontaneously on my own. I ended up splitting the group and using a ride share which cost me less that what my group cost with you. I mean at that point you already had my money so canceling for me was not an option. I would not have minded being charged the correct fare up front because then at the time I could have made a decision to not use them and establish other means of transportation. Instead here I am standing in an airport in the early morning hours with 6 very fatigue people who had spent the past 24 hours flying while I make a decision to double my price already paid vs hastily downloading, installing an app and creating an account. I want you to know that based on this experience it is EXTREMELY unlikely that I will book anything further with your company in the future! Which is too bad for you because we are on a long cruise throughout Asia and a good showing on your part would have laid the framework for us to have booked several offshore excursions through your company. Instead I feel misled, conned and violated by Viator. If by chance you choose to somehow make me whole for the horrible incompetency and inconvenience heaped upon me, then I will consider that an act of good faith by a reputable company. Otherwise what is the point of you bothering to send me a followup evaluation? Rest assured I will provide a one star rating seems deserving and forth coming.

Thanks for writing a review. I am sorry you have to go through such a bad experience. Your booking was quite last min and you chooses the wrong car type. We can only follow the booking from Viator and we tried our best to fit in as much as we can using a 6 seater car. Have a blessed day and weekend ahead

Great Service and Product

The service was excellent. It's our first time in Singapore and the service provider was very helpful. Our driver was very friendly and the vehicle used for our pickup was EXCELLENT! It was extremely clean, luxury leather seats, and high end ambient lighting like those found in German vehicles. Very pleased.

Efficient and feiendly

15 minutes early, had the bags loaded with conciege as we arrived from checking out. Smooth and efficient.
