My Driver Mahmoud Marie was amazing, very patient and welcoming. The ride was smooth and will definitely recommend!
We booked the airport transfers directly on the Rimo Tours website prior to us departing from our home. We received the confirmations immediately thereafter via email, which provided some comfort, but like all normal people, we were anxious as to the service we'll receive. I received a Whatsapp message from Sherif Belal informing me that he'll be our driver for the inbound shuttle, and confirmed the the pick-up time. As we stayed at the Novotel Cairo Airport hotel upon landing, Sherif picked us up from the hotel at exactly the appointed time, and drove us to our next hotel in the Cairo CBD! He was very professional, diligent and patient. Our return trip was equally perfect, with Mohammed Abu Al-Yazid being the driver provided to transfer us to the Cairo Airport. Mohammed sent me a whatsapp message beforehand to alert me that he is on the way, and waited at the hotel for us. The drive was very pleasant, and we were dropped off in front of the door at Terminal 3, as we requested. Will definitely use Rimo Tours again in Cairo!!!
