The trip to our hotel was decent and our driver was accommodating although it was quite late. I was little concerned about the lack of communication prior to arriving in Athens. I have booked several transfers with Viator and the vendors reached out a few days prior to confirm. Not the case here, even after contacting Viator on travel day and them contacting the vendor.

They never showed up! Because our flight was delayed 30 minutes, they told me we had to wait another 90 minutes and then pair up with another pick up, when this was booked as a private solo pick up. AND, they refuse to refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Although we had a super early pick up time for our flight (3:15 am), our driver was on time and we truly appreciated how he quickly got us to the airport. We will use Viator again in the future. Thanks again.

We booked as a private transfer so we were surprised to see another guest in the vehicle. The van was nice and we were delivered to the airport timely.

My flight arrived after 9pm so it was very reassuring when I received a text message from the driver that he was waiting outside when I was in baggage claim. I came out and immediately saw a very pleasant and courteous man holding a sign with my name on it. He helped us with our luggage and escorted us to a beautiful black Mercedes van. We arrived our hotel safely without any issue.
