Driver did not pick us up after we waited 30 minutes and messaged him. So we just took an Uber, which was quite frankly, much easie andless expensive. r
Flight delays were communicated to the driver and company offering the service. They were unwilling to move the timeslot and wanted additional money for a service not provided. Ended up using uber which was MUCH cheaper.
I I requested a van as is it shown in the picture. However, I I was picked up in a very small car which my luggage barely fit into and once I got to the hotel, my driver was involved in an accident and hit another car and after unloading my luggage, he drove off without leaving any information to the driver about having hit his car. I could have been injured. I think I am entitled to a refund.
Our driver was not an English speaker, he had to use Google Translate to talk to us. We walked a very long way to his car and he could barely fit our two carryon size suitcases in the small trunk. Also his Toll pass to exit out of EXE airport wasn’t working and we sat at the toll booth while he tried and tried to get to work. It took 13 minutes.
Be cautious about the amount of luggage you have. It was a fairly small vehicle and we both had luggage on our laps for the one hour ride.
