We had two drivers on this trip, the one who took us from HaLong to just outside of Hanoi was great. The second driver was awful—dangerously swerving in and out of one lane roads even with oncoming traffic and it ended with her hitting a motorcyclist. We had to take a cab the rest of the way.
We booked the transfer quite last minutes, but they were always ready & worked well. The operator arranged the vehice very fast and we had a very good ride with a good rate. I will recommend my friends.
