The driver contacted us immediately after the flight landed. He was waiting for us with a sign with our name, a great way to find your driver. Clean and great car. The driver helped us with our luggage at the hotel. I will recommend the service to my friends.

Driver didn't speak English as requested, as promised. It was supposed to be, and never was. Thank you, other than that it was fine
Actually, you ordered incorrectly and we sent you another car and another driver. You ordered a sedan car for 3 large pieces of luggage that did not go into the sedan and we were very kind to change the car for you for free to a van and you also complain that the driver did not speak English, of course it was not the driver you ordered, since we changed the driver who was in the sedan car because of your luggage. There is such a good clause - you do good and get bad.
Excellent driver through very traffic. He was kind and professional. The only issue was meeting one and other after we had a long wait for our bags. We were outside waiting on him, he was inside waiting on us.

Our driver was very professional! He communicated with us the entire time while he waited on us to get off the plane and get our bags. He had a very nice Mercedes. I'm glad I paid to have private transportation in Paris.
