Excellent communication with company. Mr. Goodluck was my driver. He was timely and gave precise information as to our meeting point. He was also helpful in sharing useful information about Capetown. Great way to start my Capetown vacation.

Sadly our driver was late. While others were picked up we had to ring to find out if the driver was coming. She gave us great info when she arrived but we were hounded non-stop while waiting, and waiting.

We did not get picked up so ended up taking a cab after waiting 30 minutes. I repeatedly sent messages that we were waiting and finally said we were leaving and I expected a complete refund. When I finally got to my hotel room and checked my emails I had already been refunded my cost through Viator. I was pleased that I did not have to file a claim. I gave my flight number so the driver should have know where I was departing customs from.

What happened is that our driver communicated with you through your cellphone while you were communicating via email. Some of our drivers do not have access to emails. This resulted in miscommunication and the driver failed to meet up with you. However, we regret the disruption this caused. We’re glad our office promptly processed your refund through Viator. Driver was hospitable and very knowledgeable. Company communicated from beginning to end and driver was waiting in lobby with a sign so he was easy to find .
