Driver arrived on time and communicated his arrival and location for meeting. He was helpful in pointing out sights in Barcelona and answering our questions about the city.
Our first driver was not on time and arrived around 15 min late due to traffic. Sent a small Prius taxi for transport from the cruise port for a reservation for 4 adults. We could not fit our luggage in it and had to wait approximately 20 min in the heat for another taxi which was also small. We all had to have bags on our laps.
Matt, our tour guide, was VERY knowledgeable.. He was very good at talking to all of us as a group, not talking while walking so we would all get the information. He was understandable, and he has excellent interpersonal skill.
This tour was on time and dependable. Our driver was very good and drive safely.
During the summer wait inside the terminal until you receive a message your driver is there. It was extremely hot.
Driver contacted and was there earlier since we got off the ship earlier than expected went very smooth!
Pickup was easy for our group of six and lots of luggage. Communication via What's App was great. It eased the stress of leaving the cruise port with a larger group. We would have taken taxis, but we needed a guaranteed ride to meet up with an early tour.
Easy to arrange punctual and trustworthy! Driver was communicative and informative of attractions in the area.
Nice guy-terrible traffic in the area but he worked hard to get to us. Very helpful and made extra effort to keep us posted if delays.

Worked out very well, but was confusing on where the pick up was and meeting up. Driver was very nice and keep communicating with us, which was reassuring.
