I wanted to share we had a GREAT experience with the Viator Southampton terminal transfer from London (booked from any London address). I booked a xl van for the 4 of us and luggage, and we got a limo-bus. The driver was great, and it took about 90 mins from Heathrow airport’s Holiday Inn hotel. I booked for 8:30 pickup - they called to confirm arrival time and were prompt. We arrived at the terminal a little after 10. Smooth - and easy! We didn’t have the hustle and bustle rush/squeeze with cruise line transfers and would 100% use it again! Feel free to share with other clients. Grand total for 4 people was $377.
Driver was friendly. Got us to the port on time. Was on time picking this up. Didn't complain when we had to stop to use a toilet.
There is a lot of traffic getting out of London as well as the remainder of the trip to Southampton. Allow plenty of extra time to arrive on time

Ordered an 8 person vehicle and received a 6 person vehicle. The subcontractor Viator selected did not even have 8 persons vehicles in their fleet.

The driver was very kind, but the company sent a very small car where we could not fit with the luggage. Despite having notified since the reservation. The worst… they did not offer alternatives!!!! We had to request an Uber to arrive on time
