The experience was great and service is great
No ac in the vehicle, they claimed to have gotten in an accident prior to picking us up. then they tried to charge us an extra $30 for our hotel location when it says it’s a flat rate of 80. Was supposed to get picked up in a suburban but it was a ford explorer, what really did it was the fact that they tried to play it off like the ac was working before but they knew it wasn’t and they tried to give us 30% off on the extra $30, what is $3 gonna do for me ? The only reason I didn’t go back to the airport was because we had already been driving for 20 mins. I will never use viator again.
We regret the inconveniences you experienced during your trip; everything was inspected and was in perfect condition. You were also provided with a complimentary shopping stop at no extra cost, and we gave you a 50% discount on the add-on service. We assisted you in every way possible, so we do not feel a negative review regarding the service is warranted. You had the most affordable private transport rate on the market, yet we still supported you with all the extra costs—taxes are not under our control.
Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we were out of the airport. Once we identified ourselves, he immediately grabbed our bags and we got going. Vehie was clean and spacious. He offered us cold drinks and the ride was smooth.

The company representative was easily located outside the airport. The car was prepared within 5 minutes of conversing with the representative. The vehicle was spotless, the driver exuded professionalism, and complimentary drinks were provided for the journey.

Leopoldo, Operations Manager of the company, lied through WhatsApp. I booked through Viator a private car service from the San Jose del Cabo Int Airport at 11:30 am. While on the plane, I received the following: "The thing is, we have a car available at 1:30pm. If you'd like to wait, we can provide the service. If you decide to go on your own, I can offer you a ride back to the airport." I have since requested a refund and they have denied such a request. I would NOT recommend this company, and I have escalated such poor business practice to Viator
We regret the inconvenience with your reservation. You made your reservation four hours before your trip; we only accept reservations 24 hours in advance. You requested a refund through the agency, which has already been authorized and processed. We don't understand the negative feedback. Furthermore, you provided incorrect flight information, which is company policy, and the company states that information must be complete and clear 24 hours before the trip. Now, if your comment is about fighting for a refund that people have already authorized, we don't understand why the negative comment. We wouldn't want abusive customers like you who act on a mistake and want to blame everything on the company.
