Arrived in Athens during a Taxi strike so was very thankful to our driver Spyros. He was in contact with me the whole time thru What's App, so he was very easy to find. Definitely helped with the anxiety of arriving I a foreign city. He was very pleasant would highly recommend.

Spyros was excellent! Very communicative. Wonderful, spacious vehicle. A cab ride at 2 am was €50 so for four people with lots of luggage, this was the way to go!

Outstanding service! Airport transfer made so easy! There were 5 of us and the vehicle was big, accommodating and very nice! The driver was waiting for us w our name! So happy they made it convenient and easy! No brainer! There was a taxi strike so it was a god send!

The driver did not show up at the airport to pick us up. Instead he/she arrived at the hotel we wanted to go to. They explained to him that it was the airport pick up and the driver should go there for us. We waited over an hour at the airport then caught a taxi. The hotel clerk called the number given for us asking for refund and was refused. See my email to support Viator dated the same day in this regard requesting said refund.
Dear sir, you are really one of a kind. You made a mistake and asked to pick you up from the hotel instead of the airport. You did not answer in any of our calls and then you put the airport clerk to call us instead of you. I heard you saying we skrewed up , so you understood it was your fault. What can we do when the route is declared to the government agency and we have to travel an extra hour to the airport and most important cancel the following transfer. You never contacted us in person and I am curious about that and suddenly you posted a review presenting a history where everything is our fault. I will also ask viator to put your reviews in probation.
Chris picked us up right on time, waiting for us at the international terminal, and give a history and tour of Athens as he drove us from the Airport to Athens. He was highly communicative throughout the whole process and even came back to drop off a bag a fellow traveler left in the Van. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a transfer to Athens.
