Heathrow is crowded and parking is a mess. Driver was very good and communicated frequently which helped.
Aneta was a very experienced driver of over 10 years. We greeted us immediately as we exited the airport and assisted us with our luggage. She was smartly dressed and very professional. She provided interesting and informative conversation during our trip. She got us to our lodging location in a timely manner.
Had a little trouble finding the driver in the airport. Had to call their phone number to find out who our driver was and had to find them. Other than that the drive was nice. Be aware if you have more than three in your party then someone will have to ride in rear-facing seats. My son got car sick but luckily they were able to pull over in time. Still a WAY better option than handling trains to get there and cheaper than a taxi.

Driver was not waiting for us at Heathrow arrivals hall as promised. We had to call the dispatcher twice and then wait roughly twenty minutes for driver to park the car and enter the terminal. After that, the driver was friendly, helped with bags and the ride was smooth.
Best experience…he was waiting right at passenger greeting area as expected. Comfortable and clean vehicle. Thanks for the water! Saving them for next flights into London.
