Poi fai una passeggiata nel centro storico di Brasov dove ascolterai leggende ad ogni angolo e passerai accanto ai monumenti più importanti come la Porta di Caterina, la Porta Schei, la Sinagoga del 1901 e la Chiesa Nera, la più grande cattedrale gotica tra Vienna e Istanbul.

Itinerario
La mattina presto lascerete Bucarest alle spalle e dirigetevi a nord per entrare nei Carpazi. La prima tappa della giornata è il Castello di Peles. Questo è un sito travolgente costruito dal primo re rumeno, Carol I. In questa location da favola imparerai di più sulla Monarchia in Romania e sul suo patrimonio. Scoprirete tutte le meraviglie di questo splendido palazzo che sembra congelato nel tempo.
Successivamente, spingetevi più a nord per attraversare le montagne e infine raggiungere la regione storica della Transilvania. Qui inizierai la tua caccia al vampiro e scoprirai tutto su Vlad l'Impalatore e il Dracula di Bram Stoker. La prima tappa è il castello medievale di Bran, noto anche come Castello di Dracula.
L'ultima tappa della giornata è la parte medievale della città di Brasov. Fai un tour a piedi della città di questo affascinante centro storico con la sua impressionante storia e monumenti. Da qui tornerete a Bucarest.

- Il castello di Peles è chiuso come segue: 12 maggio - 15 settembre: chiuso il lunedì; 16 settembre - 15 maggio: chiuso il lunedì e il martedì; 30 ottobre - 30 novembre: i castelli di Peles sono chiusi per un mese intero per la pulizia e il restauro. Il monastero di Sinaia e la camera della tortura nel castello di Bran saranno invece visitati.
- IMPORTANTE! 1) Se volete visitare il Castello di Peles vi preghiamo di acquistare i biglietti in anticipo solo per la fascia oraria (10:00-11:00 se avete il viaggio il mercoledì e per il resto della settimana 9:15-11:00) perché c'è una capacità massima di 500 biglietti per fascia oraria. 2) Se avete il vostro viaggio il venerdì, sabato o domenica si prega di verificare la disponibilità della fascia oraria in anticipo. 3) Se hai effettuato la prenotazione ma i biglietti sono già esauriti puoi acquistare i biglietti per il castello di Pelisor, che vale anche la pena di essere visitato. Our driver/guide Catalin was excellent he made for a memorable and informative day. We learned a lot of history and saw some amazing castles. Highly recommend this tour and especially this driver/guide!
We booked this tour as we had a free day before boarding a Danube River cruise in Bucharest and really wanted to visit Dracula’s Castle. We paid in advance with a credit card and were scheduled to be picked up at 7:00am at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel. They NEVER SHOWED UP! We waited an hour, calling the number on our booking confirmation and no one ever answered the phone or called us back. Finally we called the customer service number at Expedia to launch a formal complaint and have our payment refunded which they said would take up to a week. This was extremely disappointing since who knows when we will be in this part of the world again. The absolute rudeness and disrespect of a company that readily takes your money and then doesn’t show up is incredible. Please don’t waste your time and effort on them.
Coca is an knowledgeable and friendly guide and Gabby an excellent driver throughout our tour to Translyvania. Beware of holidays and weekends when the road are jammed with cars, which can make the ride long and tiring. The scenery is spectacular. "Dracula's Castle" is overly commerical with a very long line to enter but does move fairly smoothly depending on how long the line stretches out. Peles Castle is very interesting and worth the visit. Coca took us to a local restaurant that served wonderfully authentic Romanian food, which fortified us for the long journey back to Bucharest.
Driver was on time & safe. Tour guide knowledgeable, but our friends in the back seat could not hear her. We did not see 3 castles; one was closed that day & we were only able to walk around the outside and look at scaffolding. The fortress on the hill we viewed from a lower neighborhood and took pictures from afar.
I was on business in Romania over my birthday and was very much looking forward to treating myself since I was away from home. This excursion most suited me because I wanted to see all three castles it promised and was willing to pay for a solo trip. That said, my trip opened with my driver being late then spending the first 20 minutes of my drive going over the benefits of communism vice my itinerary for the day. He did not speak for most of the drive and gave very little input on what I was seeing throughout the day. I felt as if I was a burden most of the day. The trip also promised water during the ride but the tour guide said he could offer me an energy drink or nothing at all. The most disappointing part was both that I was left alone to wander Brasov, having just been told to "walk in a straight line" - with him finally catching up to show me an odd statue. Additionally, I only got to see two castles and not the one I was looking forward to the most - Rasnov Fortress. This was so incredibly disappointing and I didn't realize we weren't going to see it until we were well on our way back to Bucharest. I did not have time to eat at all that day so I was starving by the time I got home. All in all - This was a waste of money and time. I will settle for a less expensive group trip the next time I am on a solo trip for work.

My sister and I did the trip on the14th of March 2022. We bought it last minute as other plans fell through and we were so happy!! This was a great trip and we had the best guide (Gabriel) who knew the history so well. He took us on some extra sites in Brashov and gave us such a lively trip filled with information. We were so happy. You will not regret this trip - it was so good. Thanks Gabriel for a wonderful time, you made it one to remember 🙌
We chose the one day tour as it meant we could cover alot of the must see things and we are only here a couple of day. Sorin was our guide and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend this tour and hope you are lucky enough to meet Sorin too
Shared Group Tour with tour guide Mr. Sorin. Mr. Sorin is very professional. He drives the van that carries 6 tourists carefully and has extensive knowledge of the history of the places we visited. His English is very good. The places we went to are beautifully unforgettable. The tour is ideal for friends, family and even solo. You will learn more about Romania, its rulers and royalty. Of course, you will know more about the real Dracula.
We were picked up at our hotel by Niko, very punctual. We had a great day, he organized everything perfectly and let us decide the times, and he answered all our doubts. It was a very dynamic trip!! And the peles castle was amazing. Thak you Niko for such a great day!!
