SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!!! Driver never showed at Port for our transfer to Hotel in Rome. Never received an email, call, text, WhatsApp message and I am fairly certain I won’t receive a refund as the email address to voice my concerns and request a refund comes back as an invalid email address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one arrived to pick us up at the train station as scheduled. The more frustrating piece is that no one responded to our WhatsApp nor email nor phone calls while we stood there waiting for 30 minutes. We have yet to hear back from the company on processing our refund, nevermind the additional cost of needing to procure other transportation!

I booked a transfer for a family of 10 from Roma Termini. The pickup was originally for Oct 31 but we requested to move it to Oct 30, and the company confirmed the change. I kept them updated on the train’s delays throughout the day, and they acknowledged every message — yet when the family arrived, there was no driver and no clear instructions. When I asked for help, they replied that the reservation was for the next day. Despite confirming the change, they left a family of ten stranded at the station. Extremely poor communication and reliability.

Worst customer service ever. Beware! Plus when there is a problem they do jot answer phone….only communication is through WhatsApp!! Booked airport pick up in Rome for my daughter traveling solo Gave ALL flight info, arrival times etc. No driver showed up at airport. When i contacted them, they did not pick up phone. They said that they did not have the pick up location/time and blame Viator!! POOR SERVICE as they had my reservation but supposedly no details. Ive been in service industry all my life and as a provider, if you get a reservation with missing information….it is not only your job but your responsibility to get it
Good morning, as the Viator customer service center (as well as me) also clarified to you, when you book a transportation service you need to enter all the data that Viator requires of you, so that the service provider (us) knows what time to pick up the traveler, what flight he will land on and at what time. Without this required data, the transportation provider is unable and cannot organize a service within 24 hours. Now it is easy to blame others and insult our operator on whatsapp, but if you had been more careful during the booking phase, all this would not have happened. Thank you, Flavio.
An excellent transport service, the right alternative to taxi service. Getting around the city with the service offered by this company saves you time and takes the stress out of Guide in the traffic of this immense city.

I booked this drive from Rome to cruise ship terminal and it was cancelled but I rec’d no text. I do not frequently check email on vacation. It was cancelled due to be out of city limits. It would have been helpful if viator had told me weeks in advance.
Good evening, Viator has canceled your booking as your booking referred to a transfer service to be carried out within the city of Rome and not a transfer to the port of Civitavecchia. So Viator (rightly) proceeded to cancel your booking as you booked the wrong product. Viator notified you of this situation well in advance but if you don't check your email inbox often, it's certainly not our fault. Thank you, Flavio.
I booked this service to be taken to Termini station in Rome. I immediately found professionalism from the operate that collects reservations. The transport ended great, in a Mercedes sedan car. Recommendation to everyone.

I often use the transfer service of this company to reach Roma Termini station. Recommendation to everyone because they are punctual and professional and it is not obvious to find such a reliable company in Rome.
