Excellent service, staff is kind in providing information. I, in particular, had to change the time of the tickets, and since the ones I had purchased were on sale, I had to buy others for the transfer. Anyway, I requested a refund, and I received an email with a voucher to be used within 12 months, so for me, since I travel twice a year, it worked out well, but if another person does not intend to travel in the next 12 months, it is money lost.

They keep time very well. I only waited for 20 mins for the next bus to arrive.
The staff is very kind, and you have the opportunity to take a bus at a different time with the same ticket, which is a wonderful thing.
The overall experience was nice however it would have been excellent if the personal at the terminal were friendly and helpful. Their response to any question or issue was to call vendor.
