The driver was not at the San Jose airport as scheduled. It was difficult to contact the company - a local guide helped us. Driver finally came 1 hour late

The driver was waiting for me outside with my name on a sign. He was very nice and offered to give me tips. Great experience.

They were session and very accommodating. We needed to change date and persons being picked up and they didn't hesitate to change arrangements for us. Very professional and nice.
