Was not waiting to meet us, even though we had spent an average amount of time waiting for our luggage. No conversation at all, and he was often holding his phone looking at messages.
We had a message before our flight with a selfie of our driver so we would recognise him. He was on time and friendly. Gave us lots of helpful information along the drive.
Great six hours with our guide Jeff, who provided lots of information, confident driving and upbeat humor throughout the day. Our excursion followed our suggestions and included Burmese and Thai temples near Gurney Drive, Kek Lok Si temple, Penang Hill and a very informative loop around the entire Penang Island. Our guide was prompt, courteous and spoke good English. Even though many attractions in a Penang are easily accessible by Grab or public transportation, I would highly recommend this tour because of comfort, convenience and companionship.
Best transfer service from Penang airport to our hotel in Georgetown, Malaysia. Good communication and great for first time traveling to Penang.
After a long flight it was wonderful not having to worry about getting to our hotel. Clean and comfortable private car and a driver who was happy to share information.
People were friendly, Georgetown is full of history and heritage as a UNESCO site. Food was fabulous and very cheap. Weather was nice and warm. We stayed T the Museumhotel which was ok but will try the Yeng Keng next time.
