Was ready 2 hours earlier than my scheduled pickup time at BCN airport. Contacted Viator and my driver reached out and was there! Fabulous way to start trip in Barcelona. Driver was courteous and friendly. Helped me with my luggage!
Our driver was attentive, personable, and communicative when I contacted him to let us know that our flight from Germany to Barcelona was delayed The car was comfortable, air-conditioned, and exceedingly clean. It was an easy drive from the airport to our hotel. I highly recommend this company.

I booked this as a transfer service from the Barcelona Airport to my hotel in Castelldefels. Very convenient and easy to meet up. My flight was delayed and I messaged the operator with the updates. I got a text right after my arrival asking to let them know when we were through passport control. They were very accommodating.

Highly recommend! Our flight was an hour and a half delayed so I was worried we’d miss our pickup time. The company monitored our flight and it was no problem. Our driver was waiting for us when we got through immigration and picked up our bags. He was super nice and gave us lots of tips for things to do in Barcelona.
