Fabio and another driver picked our party of 10 in 2 Mercedes vans. We were late exiting our cruise ship with one couple a bit delayed. This was no issue. The vehicles were in excellent condition and clean. The drivers loaded our luggage, as well as unloaded at the hotel. Drivers were safe and pointed out points of interest along the way. Also, we received good communication prior to our arrival and pick up point was immediately outside the building where we claimed our luggage. I would highly recommend this company.

Valerio went above and beyond with regards to the service he provided including how he communicated with me on our pick up spots. This was a much more relaxing experience than being shuttled into Rome on a giant tour bus. Our driver was on time and loaded up all of our luggage and we were on our way. He even played traditional Italian music for us to set the tone for our stay in Rome.
