We had a group of eight, just starting a two week trip. We booked two vans to take us to our hotel. The drivers were waiting for us right outside baggage claim. It was a bit of a walk to where the vans were parked. We were offered bottles of cold water. Would recommend this company.
Great limo service from Fiumicino airport to Rome center punctual, professional and comfortable ride. Highly recommended
Their pick up time was good and on time they could’ve been a little bit more friendly and accommodating to us. All in all, it was a good experience.
The driver got us to where we needed to go, but at the cost of my dad's wheelchair and a suitcase. The suitcase fell from the back of the van twice and the wheelchair lost a screw making it inoperable for my dad. Be aware: don't come with more than 1 bag. My dad had several medical suitcases and we had to split up our party and get an Uber because he wouldn't put all suitcases in the car like other drivers did.
