Private car transfer

Our driver Max was on time and got us to our destination in a timely manner.

Late and non accommodating

I arranged this private transfer for my family upon arrival in Florence, Italy. Excited about our family vacation to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday, I wanted to make sure we had top notch transportation arrangements after traveling all night from the US. Before leaving I made contact several times to make sure the driver had my arrival information and there wouldn’t be any issues. I also picked this company because of the advertising of English speaking drivers. After our arrival, there was no one there to pick us up at the airport. After contacting the company via What’s app, the dispatcher tells me the driver’s name and contact, which is different than originally sent, and that she is on the way. The driver assigned did not speak English and could only send her location via gps, after waiting over an hour she shows up on foot and requires us to walk around the block with our luggage and my 90 year old father in 97 degree heat. The van was old the AC did not reach the back and looked nothing like was advertised. I spent a lot of money for comfort for my family and would have been better off getting a taxi ! I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for compensation and was ignored with no response via What’s app. Please do not patronize this company.

The driver was 20 minutes...

The driver was 20 minutes late. I tried to call and text, but didn’t get an answer. My daughters had to hire an Uber to get to the airport on time. When the driver finally showed up, I asked him to take my husband and I to the train station but he wouldn’t. I hope they refund my payment.

Pick up for personal driver

Driver was on time and personable. Really nice ride! I always try to use a driver rather than Uber. Much nicer experience.

Didn’t come to address,...

Didn’t come to address, had to walk a few blocks to get to him. Which was highly inconvenient at 4am.

Outstanding Airport to Hotel Transfer

Outstanding service from Florence airport to hotel. We arrived to rainy weather. Driver was waiting with umbrellas, and brought the van to the exit door to pick us up. Then got out and walked with us to find the hotel entrance in an area where cars are not allowed. Would definitely use this service again.
