To start with the booking process was a breeze. The company was in constant touch with us before our trip and advised us of all the details we needed to know. We had a wonderful time and our driver Lukas was very professional & friendly. He provided guidance regarding places to see in Bratislava. We had Jan drive us from our cruise ship in Budapest to out hotel in Prague. We had a couple hours in Bratislava for lunch and sightseeing. Jan was very kind. He took us to the castle and stopped whenever we needed a break. We would highly recommend us your company to anyone.

Exceptional customer service (Europe Journey) and excellent driver (Tomas). The company provided prompt responses to all our inquires. As for the driver Tomas, he is punctuate, polite, and courteous. He recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch to allow us to have a taste of regional specialties. Further, he provided ample time for us to explore the sightseeing sites.
