On time and great communication. Driver called right as we were heading to baggage claim to find out where we would be exiting airport for perfect pickup and he assisted with luggage. Will use again next time we are in Miami.

Manuel was top-notch professional and was waiting for us at baggage claim. His SUV was well maintained with extras for tired travelers ( water, tissues, wet wipes, etc.). He handled the rush hour traffic calmly. It was great, smooth start to our weekend! Note… the operator texted the day prior with important details. I appreciated that as I wouldn’t have expected the extra $18 cash charge for tolls and the driver getting into the airport.

Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours but Manuel still managed to work us into his schedule. Definitely black car service. He was friendly and kept us in the loop re his arrival
