Availed their service twice. Good service and on time.
The driver was on time to pick us up. The Limo van was luxurious and clean. We had a very early pickup so we were able to recline and sleep during our journey. The driver stopped after a couple of hours for a potty break and a chance to grab a tea & coffee and purchase food and souvenirs before completing the second half of our journey. We would definitely use them again!
On time service with good driving. The driver helped us with our bags and made sure we were all set at our terminal verdure leaving.
I booked the VIP limo van to and from airport, admittedly kinda big for just 2 passengers but I was concerned about having a smooth ride and room for luggage. It was about $55 USD each way, which was a steal considering how much I'm willing to pay for ubers stateside to go less than a mile. Found out after the my first drop off that I could contact Hanoi VIP transfer directly via whatsapp to organize rides for a lower price. Upon landing, I had no clue where my driver was. So I texted Hanoi VIP transfer over whatsapp at +84 98 280 43 99, and promptly received notifications for where my driver was along with a picture of where he was standing. I highly highly recommend downloading whatsapp, I was unfamiliar with it since we don't use it much in the US. The limo was so spacious! Description said 8 people max, but really it could fit like 10 plus a lot of luggage. My ride was very smooth, about 40min into the bustling city of Hanoi and back. I had an expert driver who skillfully maneuvered around the many cars and motorcycles on roads where the lanes are apparently a suggestion! The air-conditioning was a nice welcome against the humidity and they even provided water. 10/10 recommend this service and will use again!!
Prompt pick up with a good driver each time I used. No problems at all, would recommend to anybody needing transport.
