Quando scenderete dalla nave all'orario previsto nella prenotazione, troverete il nostro autista ad attendervi con un cartello di riconoscimento nominativo. The driver was courteous and on time. The a/c was great —Rome was HOT! The van was clean and comfortable.
Easy pickup. Driver assisted with luggage and we were in Rome from the cruise port ahead of schedule.
Emanuele Colella was an excellent driver. He was prompt, communicated with us before the pick up, and took good care of us the entire way. He had ideas for good restaurants in Rome. His van was clean. I highly recommend him.

You will definitely be given a first class experience. You may have to walk a little distance to the van, but it's no big deal if you have no problems walking.
Our driver, Emanuele, was professional, a skilled driver and got us to where we needed to be on time. He was also a great communicator and gave me confidence that our transfer would be handled well. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
The driver was holding a sign with our name right when we got off the ship. Drove us to our hotel in Rome so we could maximize our time in Rome.
