We were a group of 12 and needed a ride from Venice to Ravenna Port to get to our cruise boat. Driver was a bit late but he was an excellent driver but very quiet, no conversation with us during the trip. He did make a pit stop for us and spoke with us a bit there. Maybe he was just concentrating on his driving which is safe.
Our driver was easy to spot, super clean Mercedes van, excellent communication prior to our transfer, and he was very friendly and kind. Everything was perfect! Drop off right at the port baggage drop. So easy.
This was the best way to get from the Venice area to the Ravenna cruise port. Unfortunately the traffic was horrible due to road work, but he got us there from our hotel in about 2hrs 15min. Fit 6 of us and our luggage. Ship transfer was $99 each, this ended up being $125pp. Worth not having to get back to the airport and the bus ride.

Professional and smooth. We used Luxer for private transfer from our Venice hotel to the cruise terminal in Ravenna. Highly recommend for this transfer that requires both a water taxi and van. They arranged for all Driver, Alberto, was fantastic

Jacomo, the driver, was incredible. The coordination between him and the water taxi from Venice to his bus was flawless. Then the 2-plus-hour drive with him was very pleasant. We got from Venice to Ravenna without any problems. Paying for this package (water taxi + private van) was the best investment.

Driver right where he said he would be even though our flight was somewhat delayed. But no problem. It’s not a short drive, so be prepared—car was very comfortable, driver excellent. Would highly recommend, not inexpensive, the comfort and no stress knowing your driver is there for you is worth it.

We were told we could bring 8 bags and each additional bag would be 20 euros. When we got to our drop off they were charging us for 6 extra bags when we only had 2 each bags. They were trying to charge us for the back packs that the driver never touched. We only paid for 4 extra bags which was a total scam.
