What a quick and easy way to get from Florence to the airport. Our driver was prompt, polite and full of local history. Cost much cheaper than taking a taxi.

Most memorable would be waking at 0700 to catch the transfer in time for our flight to find it had been cancelled at 0200. The time was never confirmed with us despite me asking but you had my flight details and pick up spot when you confirmed and took full payment.
The contract with Viator provides for cancellation by both parties, it is important that a refund is made, furthermore I am sorry for the inconvenience of the wake-up call, because we had some big problems and were forced to cancel. Anyway Thank you very much
