I am so pleasantly happy I chose Meridian4people. I booked through Viator for my parents who are older and do not speak English. I spoke with Monica who had arranged for the driver, Sofia, to pick them up. Their communication was so top notch! They read all my emails ahead of time about flight number, about my parents being an older Asian couple, received a photo so they knew who to pick up, held a sign, and waited about an hour and a half after my parents had to wait for their luggage. They were incredible! I’m so pleased I used their service and highly highly recommend! Thank you so much!!!
Very Easy they meet and greet you at airport and take you to your hotel with ease . You can also book tours with them for your time in Lisbon Portugal.

Driver communicated with us as we left the plane. He wass waiting right as we exited from the visa clearance area. The car was clean and comfortable. He was great with communication, pointed out some sights, drove carefully. He made for a great trip to our hotel and would highly recommend.
