I visitatori hanno l'opportunità di vedere come vengono preparati il tradizionale formaggio cipriota, l'halloumi e la torta di olive, seguito da un tour della fattoria per vedere uno degli ulivi più antichi del Mediterraneo e conoscere la storia e le caratteristiche degli asini. Il tour si conclude con una degustazione dei prodotti dell'azienda agricola, tra cui latte d'asina e prodotti per la cura della pelle, oltre all'olio d'oliva biologico. La parte finale dell'escursione comprende un pasto, vino in abbondanza e un vivace intrattenimento con danze e musica cipriota.

Itinerario
• Arrivo alla fattoria degli “Asinelli d'Oro” alle ore 17:00 • Inizieremo con lo spettacolo dal vivo di Halloumi. Il nostro chef mostrerà l'intero processo di produzione di questo formaggio tradizionale • Tra l'inizio e la fine del processo di produzione del formaggio prepareremo il tradizionale pane alle olive 30-40 minuti (durante la master class, disegno per bambini) • Visita alla fattoria 30 minuti. I turisti potranno vedere un museo delle cere, una casa tradizionale cipriota, il nostro pollame, le capre e ovviamente gli asini. • Breve giro sull'asino (10 min) • Degustazione prodotti aziendali e prodotti a base di latte d'asina 30 minuti • Cena alle 19:00 Tradizionale a Buffet (Antipasti, insalate, bulgur, pasta e formaggio del paese, patate al forno con origano e olio d'oliva, agnello, maiale, pollo, vino, acqua, succhi per bambini) • Serata cipriota alle 19:30. Si prega di notare che l'orario di partenza e l'orario di prelievo non sono gli stessi. Pick up inizia alle 15:00 a Protaras, 15:20 a Ayia Napa e 15:45 nella zona di Larnaca. Pick up da Limassol è su richiesta. Sarete informati 1-2 giorni prima dell'attività circa l'orario esatto di ritiro. Il punto di incontro a pochi passi può essere assegnato.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
