Passiamo davanti alla facciata nord del Castello di Buda.
Usciti dalla cosiddetta parte reale del quartiere del Castello di Buda, entriamo nella parte residenziale del quartiere. Un sacco di tempo per parlare del primo quartiere ebraico di Buda, degli assedi e di come sono stati restaurati gli edifici dopo la seconda guerra mondiale.
Oltre ad ammirare il panorama delle colline di Buda, a seconda della stagione potremmo godere anche della fioritura di 110 ciliegi.
Camminiamo vicino alla Chiesa di Mattia mentre ci dirigiamo verso il Bastione dei Pescatori.

FANTASTIC! Adam was both personable and knowledgeable, sharing history and appreciation of this beautiful place in a way that was engaging for all of us. He showed historic pictures of some of the sites, which made them all the more fascinating as we took in both the changes and the parts that endured. Also, Adam's assurance that this would be even more memorable a tour for taking place as sunset was SPOT ON. It was breathtaking to see the area by fading daylight and then lit up as night fell. Just spectacular. I wish I'd taken more screenshots during! I'm so grateful to the coworkers who made this happen and to Adam for making it so special and fascinating.

I did the night version of this tour and it had a wonderful atmosphere. Adam is an excellent guide. He provides history, background and personal touches to his narrative.
