Questo tour è una grande esperienza per amanti del vino e / o della birra, amatori o semplici curiosi. A un'ora di auto da Praga, questo tour offre l'opportunità di comprendere meglio l'intricato processo di produzione sia per lo spumante che per la birra della Repubblica Ceca , entrambi intrecciati nella storia della bellissima città di Pilsen. Impareremo i segreti di come le bolle entrano nella bottiglia ed esploriamo la storia, la produzione e la devozione alla qualità dietro la famosa birra ceca Pilsner Urquell.

Itinerario
Inizieremo il nostro tour nella fabbrica ceca più famosa di produttori di spumante. Durante questa visita godrai di una visita guidata durante la quale scoprirai come viene realizzato questo famoso sekt. Imparerai la differenza tra i metodi di produzione tradizionali e Charmat, come il lievito viene scosso e come i sedimenti vengono rimossi dai vini spumanti. Il tour sarà seguito con una degustazione di spumanti in cui è possibile familiarizzare con 5 campioni di questo famoso produttore.
Dopo questa visita alla fabbrica di spumanti, guideremo direttamente al birrificio per un pranzo tradizionale ceco in un ristorante molto amichevole. (Facoltativo: dopo questa visita, vi porteremo nel centro di Pilsen, dove godremo di una tradizionale esperienza culinaria ceca). Passeremo il resto della giornata (quasi 2 ore) nello storico birrificio che ha ispirato più dei due terzi delle birre del mondo! Le famose birre alla Pilsner Urquell sono ancora oggi note come "Pils", "Pilsner" o "Pilsener" in tutto il mondo! Gli amanti della storia rimarranno colpiti dal modello del birrificio del XIX secolo, dalla birreria degli anni '30 e dalle cantine storiche. Scopri il metodo unico di birrificazione della birra Pilsner Urquell e visita il nuovo impianto di imbottigliamento, in grado di gestire 120.000 bottiglie all'ora. Partecipa a un tour guidato del birrificio e alla degustazione di birra dei migliori prodotti di Pilsner Urquell. Alla fine della giornata, ti riporteremo al tuo hotel a Praga.

Andrea picked us up at the scheduled time. We drove to Plzen. First stop was Bohemia Sekt where we first got a round in the vineyard. Then there were tasting of seeing different sparkling wines. Along the way, she told me about different places we passed. Afterwards there was lunch at PilsnerUrqeuell with subsequent round in the brewery. Finally there was a taste of beer and a round in the souvenir shop. Andrea has great knowledge of Prague, the surrounding areas and about beer and wine. Really a nice excursion. Recommended

My husband & I did a full day private trip to Bohemia Sekt sparkling wine cellar & Pilsner Urquell brewery with Andrea. We were conveniently picked up from our hotel, greeted with snacks, and hit the road for ~1 hr. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bohemia Sekt cellars. We received a very informative private tour where we learned about & witnessed the traditional method of sparkling wine creation, the bottling process, and finally got to try various samples of sparkling wine. We then headed to Pilsen to the Pilsner Urquell brewery where we had a delicious lunch before we did a group tour around the Brewery and sampled beer from their cellars. Andrea was an excellent guide. She had a great relationship with all of the folks at the wine cellar & brewery, was our personal photographer/already knew all the spots for the best photo ops, and very graciously recommended a great local spot for dinner. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves sparkling wine and/or Pilsner Urquell beer! Thanks so much Andrea! -Gabby & Michael

Andrea was the best tour guide we could ever have asked for. Her attention to us as her guests was immeasurable. She was incredibly kind and generous with her knowledge and hospitality. We will definitely be using her guide service again the next time we can come back to the beautiful Czech Republic. The tour we went on at Bohemian Sekt was really nice and the tasting at the end was eye opening to the quality of Czech wines, and made us want to explore more of the wineries in the Czech regions. To top it off we had an excellent lunch, tour, and tasting of the unfiltered beer at the Pilsner Urquell brewery, bottling facility and most of all the aging cellars below the brewery. We really couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Andrea and her tour company to anyone.

I had a very enjoyable wine and beer tour progam, visiting the best sparkling winery in the Czech Republic and the Pilsner Urquell brewery with my wife. The winery and brewery visited were perfectly selected, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the wine, beer, and food sampled was just outstanding - - I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and drink!
