Itinerario
Ammira la metropolitana Millennium (linea 1 della metropolitana di Budapest, costruita nel 1896) con le sue stazioni originali. Mentre prendi la metropolitana, vedrai l'elegante Andrassy Avenue, l'arteria storica lunga 2 miglia della città.
Cammina attraverso l'imponente Piazza degli Eroi, la piazza più grande di Budapest. Al centro della piazza si trova il Monumento del Millennio, mentre sui suoi due lati vedrai la Sala delle Arti e il Museo delle Belle Arti.
Visita il Monumento del Millennio, che commemora 1000 anni di storia ungherese. Di fronte al monumento troverete la tomba degli eroi sconosciuti, mentre nei colonnati intorno potrete ammirare le statue dei più grandi re e capi del paese.
Esplora Budapest City Park, il parco pubblico più antico del mondo. Cammina su un ponte per raggiungere un'isola sul lago, sede del romantico castello Vajdahunyad. Tutto intorno al cortile ci sono copie di edifici che rappresentano diversi periodi e stili dell'architettura ungherese.
Nel cortile interno del castello scoprirete l'interessante statua di Anonymus, il primo scrittore di storia dell'Ungheria vissuto nel XII secolo.
Passerai accanto all'edificio principale dei famosi bagni termali Szechenyi, il bagno termale più grande d'Europa. Attraverso le finestre potrai vedere le piscine all'aperto e le persone che nuotano nell'acqua calda.
Prenderemo l'autobus pubblico per il Castello di Buda dove esploreremo la terrazza panoramica del Palazzo Reale con la vista più bella della città.
Ammira una bellissima fontana realizzata nel XIX secolo.
Poi ci sposteremo dal castello di Buda al palazzo del presidente con le guardie in divise storiche.
Come tappa successiva del tour avrai la possibilità di ammirare uno dei luoghi più belli e affascinanti di Budapest, il Bastione dei Pescatori con il famoso panorama sul fiume Danubio e il palazzo del Parlamento ungherese.
Passeggeremo per la bellissima Chiesa di Mattia costruita nel Medioevo in stile gotico. (Una breve visita all'interno è possibile anche su richiesta, ma richiede un biglietto d'ingresso che costa 5 EUR / persona da pagare separatamente.)
L'iconico ponte è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione (dal 2021 al 2022), quindi invece di percorrerlo dovremo utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il castello di Buda.
Come opzione, possiamo concludere il tour a Pest Downtown di fronte alla Basilica di Santo Stefano costruita per la memoria del primo re ungherese (morto nel 1038). Avrai la possibilità di visitare la chiesa all'interno da solo dopo il tour.

A great way to see the highlights of Budapest. We were traveling with grandparents, and the weather was very hot, so it was wonderful to be picked up from our hotel, driven from sight to sight, and then dropped off back at the hotel. Diana was an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. I would definitely recommend this service. It was a very efficient and enjoyable four hours.
Katalin did an incredible job. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She shared a lot of information with us which was awesome since it was our first time in Budapest. I would highly recommend her!

Our tour guide, Noemi, was absolutely wonderful. She tailored our tour to our interests following a discussion of possibilities. We did two half-day tours which were outstanding. We traveled by foot, tram and metro. Noemi is such a a kind, personable and engaging guide with an indepth knowledge of Budapest and European history. She was able to answer our many questions, and we learned so much from her. She is very prepared with photos as well as other visual aids including videos. I highly recommend Noemi and Angel tours.
Fantastic personalized tour with excellent guide Dalia. There is a lot to see and do in Budapest! Dalia ahowed us things we would have never noticed on our own.
We only had a few days in Budapest and this turned out to be a great way to see the highlights. Our guide, Noemi, was excellent and incredibly well-versed in the history, architecture, and culture of Hungary and the city itself. She was very attentive to our needs and sensitive to when we wanted to move on to the next place or linger a bit to dive deeper. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone short on time, but interested in learning and seeing a lot. We certainly would not have gotten close to the same experience with a guidebook and Wikipedia entries.
The viewing with Ms. Dalia in Pest as well as the viewing with Mr. Adam in Buda were just great. The city guides are very friendly, know the city well, Historical / Architectural at top level, give you good tips in general what else to see in the city or recommendations about attractions as well as restaurants and are available for fun at all times. Absolutely recommended if you want to do a Budapest city tour to get to know the city more intensively!
A great start to our visit to Budapest - Adam our guide had clearly carried out a lot of research on this subject and was able to communicate his love for the history of his country. We learned a lot more about Hungary's past and present over and above the 1956 Revolution. By the end of the tour we felt that we understood the country a lot better, and the tour felt more like a stroll with a knowledgeable friend. His own family's involvement in the Revolution brought an extra personal element. Thank you Adam.
Myself and 22 other folks from N.Ireland were 'guided' by Noemi Bodiss, she arrived at our hotel punctually and was extremely helpful in the Metro regarding buying tickets i.e. best value etc. Noemi is obviously passionate about her job and took us at our pace through most of the main tourist attractions. One small criticism and I emphasise small would be that her P.A. system which she wore around her neck could have been more efficient and was, depending on where we were, difficult to hear her - this,slightly diminished our enjoyment
We took a guided tour with Noémi over half a day. She speaks very good French and has been able to interest our children of 9 and 7 years by offering them small games (search for certain animals in monuments etc.). She was also a great help when we were looking for a solution for airport transport.
