I had an amazing time on the Niagara Falls guided tour with Shahzaib. From start to finish, everything was well organised and enjoyable. Shahzaib was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the group informed throughout the day while sharing interesting facts about the area. The highlight was definitely getting up close to the falls on the boat ride – an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner with beautiful views, and the evening was topped off perfectly by watching the fireworks over the falls from the observation tower. The tour offered a great mix of sightseeing, activities, and free time, making it excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Shahzaib as your guide. We had an amazing time, our guide Shasz was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. All tickets for each activity were pre-organised by our guide, which made the experience stress free. The fireworks were a nice touch, for the best view ensure when you get to the observation deck you face the bridge instead of Niagara Falls. The only issue we came across was road closures due to 2026 FIFA, which added time to our journey leaving the city (we also had two other tour members turn up late to the meeting point)- this was out of our guide’s control. The only recommendation for improvement would be to update the meeting instructions to advise there will be no tour signage prior to the bus arriving, ourselves and another couple were stressing we were in the wrong place until the bus arrived (which may have impacted the couple that ran late). Otherwise this was a fantastic experience.

It is an experience I would highly recommend to everyone. Our tour guide Shahz was very professional, welcoming and helpful. He made our trip remarkable. Niagara Falls is beautiful! The Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride and the buffet at Sheraton were so enjoyable.

This was my partner and I first trip to Niagara Falls. We didn’t know what to expect, however our driver/ guide Shahz made the trip absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There was so much beautiful scenery that we saw. The maple syrup tasting was wonderful and I appreciated the sweet treat. The behind the falls tour was amazing. The boat tour was spectacular and wet, but was so much fun. Shahz is very professional, kind, and a great talker. Made this Alberta boy feel welcomed.

I think the trip was a great value for the money. The guide was useful and did not hover too much which is appreciated.

Let me start with this: I HATE an organized tour. They are rigid, generally uncomfortable, frequently underdeliver and always tell you the tour is shorter than it is. Every minute after the amount of time I agreed to is no longer a tour, it’s a hostage situation; and I get increasingly frustrated. This tour was as advertised. You can do both day and night at the falls; which was what we were looking for. We were given enough time but not too much time, and were treated as adults, not required to stay with the group all day. Each stop was meaningful and delivered precisely what the description promised. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, reliable and professional. He told us at the beginning of the day where we were going, and how long to expect to be at each place. He gave us a solid end time and honored it. He brought us to each location and left us with clear instructions on where to meet for the next leg of the tour. I had a great day and left with a positive impression of Niagara Falls and the tour company; unlike other experiences where I have left angry at useless driving and tour stops that are clearly a kickback to their friends and ending in a hostage situation. Highly recommend. We booked all available add-ons for this tour. Here are my thoughts on those. Floral Clock: they were changing it over so it was not planted this day, but a lovely short bathroom stop and the clock would make it even better. Whirlpools: short stop but definitely worth seeing Maple Syrup and Chocolate Tasting: delicious, no pressure and we got to just hang out for half an hour after about 2 hours in the shuttle. Food was available for purchase- typical food court fare. Behind the Falls: fun to be able to get that close and be essentially inside the falls. People are gonna people and they did, taking much more time than they should have to get their experience and pics Boat to the Falls: totally worth it. You get so close and having the falls soak you is a good time Dinner: the buffet was a buffet. Skip it if buffets are not your thing. There’s an Italian place in the same hotel, and many other restaurants. The tour company got us great seats overlooking the falls, so it was a decent trade off. Skylon: super cool to see the falls lit up and the fireworks. People, including us, think they are set off over the Canadian Falls. They are over the smaller American Falls, so don’t go super far down after you get off the elevator. You’ll get a front row spot because everyone makes the same assumption.

We had a fantastic time at Niagara Falls! Our tour with Airlink Niagara Fall Tours was more than we expected. Our guide was knowledgeable about everything we came across and had answers for every question we had. He gave us fantastic tips and recommendations, which made our trip so much easier and went smoothly. A time was had, I would definitely recommend. I felt safe, relaxed and not rushed.

t was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed learning about Canada and the architecture along the way to the falls. I felt informed throughout the entire tour, and it met my expectations. Having our boat ride tickets in advance allowed us to skip the line, which made the experience even better. Even took us maple syrup tasting Airlink was the way to go!

A wonderful way to experience Niagara Falls from Toronto. The tour with Shaz was well organised. He kept us well informed with just the right amount of information throughout the trip. Highlights were the Maple syrup tasting, Behind the Falls, the boat ride into the falls, dinner, time to explore and the fall’s illumination and fireworks. This tour worked really well for our family.
