We were not able to tour the basilica because it was closed for Christmas mass. I feel that I should have received a partial refund or something because of this. Our tour guide spoke for an hour about the Sistine chapel before starting the tour- half of us were falling asleep or wandering off. I felt bad for her but take us around more of the museum or something to keep us engaged. It was nice to know more about the chapel before going in but it didn’t need to be that long. Definitely you need to get tickets for the museums in advance- maybe just get tickets without a tour.
sorry to hear this lie from you all of the vatican guide explain sistine chapel outside as inside must keep silence everyone and i just knew you are a photo taking traveller who does not care information next time i suggest you buy only ticket with triple price as you does not respect service thanks
Tour was really good albeit a very busy place and a lot to see. Guide was very informative . Meeting place a little hard to locate.

Anna was extremely knowledgeable. She answered all the questions and made sure to point out all the important aspects of what we were seeing. Any time you can pay to skip the line do it as it save time.

The guide was great and the audio was good The tour was wonderful though very crowded We were very lucky to have found the meeting spot. We did not have proper information about where to meet. We were told someone was trying to call us but we received no calls or texts or emails about a meeting place
hello dear customers thanks for your review but it's preety much disappointing to see you say that our office is hard to find. As closest as we are there are no other tour office. We are just few yards from the only entrance and it takes 10 seconds to arrive from the only entrance of the museum and chapel and you said we were hard to found. I am sorry to say i can't appreciate this. I hope you should say the right things and should not give this rating to make down without reasons. Thanks anyway
