There was so much to see. The guide was great! Very knowledgeable and passionate a lot the history. She is local also so she knew even more
Had problem with tickets as booked through booking.com and they hadn’t sent proper tickets through! Unknown to me. So lots of stress and anxiety, but then I managed to get hold of booking.com

This experience was terrible. Customer service was unable to provide me assistance, and I had to solve my situation by myself.
It was excellent! So worth it to get the group experience, not only to make the smooth entrance among a very heavy crowd, same with the garden; our tour guide was phenomenal! Maryann, very pleasant, full of information, things that we would never found out if we go on our own. Her pace was great, to listen to the facts, the history, the stories and to take pictures. It’s a huge place to navigate! When we went to the gardens she got as a printed map and explained the closing times- and gave us suggested routes, and how to get to the fountains. Maryann was incredible and the whole staff at The Tour Guy were very organize and reliable, I am so impress! I have to come back in 2 weeks to bring my son, and definitely doing this tour again! So much to see, I’m sure I will learn something new and will be a great experience for him too.

This was a horrible experience . We paid 230.00 and did not find our group. Layer they said even though they are inside they can’t let us in so we had to buy tickets again.
