We had a terrible experience with Motley tours. The driver was rude from the start. I indicated in my reservation that we had 2 adults and 1 child in a car seat. The driver arrived with another client and a car that was way too small to accommodate five people. We understand mistakes happen, but instead of apologizing this driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked if he could send another car but he insulted me for not asking sooner. He never once apologized or offered a solution. On the return trip, he forced us in the tiny car by threatening to leave us without a way back. I was appalled that he threatened to leave us there even though we had already paid in full. He told us if we didn’t get in the car with him he would leave us and we could take a taxi. The behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Worse than the physical discomfort of the tiny car was how horrible this man treated customers who had paid a lot of money for this experience. Customers should not be insulted and threatened like that. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The whole experience from pick up to drop off was spectacular. Saw all the animals and was an enjoyable experiencethanx

The guides were excellent with an informative and entertaining explanatory approach. Personally, I enjoyed learning about the nature, wildlife and history of the area especially the Great Trek and Tshwane (Pretoria).
