Praia do Forte è una spiaggia brasiliana situata nell'omonimo distretto, nel comune bahiano di Mata de São João, a circa 50 km da Salvador. Un sacco di bellezze naturali e storia mista fanno di Praia do Forte una delle destinazioni più ambite della costa settentrionale di Bahia. Ci sono più di 12 km di spiagge, con diverse piscine naturali formate da scogliere lungo la costa. Gli alberi di cocco, la vegetazione predominante in questa regione, rendono l'aspetto ancora migliore. Godersi le spiagge e lo splendido scenario vi invitano al relax. Una delle principali attrazioni del luogo è visitare la sede di Projeto Tamar, un'organizzazione dedicata alla conservazione e allo studio delle tartarughe marine.

They just didn't come pick up at the agreed time. I waited for an hour, no answer to WhatsApp and no answer to the phone. Total failure

A great way to add a day trip to your itinerary.Whilst the ride was around an hour or so, it's worth the destination at 2 stop overs
The tourist guide demonstrated excellent knowledge of the points visited, presenting the information in a clear, interesting and engaging way. He was always attentive, polite and willing to answer the group’s questions. His sympathy and enthusiasm made the tour much more enjoyable and enriching. In addition, organized everything with responsibility and punctuality.
Ariel was excellent! He gave us all the info we needed. TAMAR lived up to expectations. I thought after reading some reviews we'd find the conditions sad, on the contrary, everything is clean, well managed and gets you close.to these amazing creatures we must protect. The day was well planned and despite the windy, cloudy day we enjoyed hugely!
Guide Tiago very attentive, very nice tour but in the afternoon I found a lost time, they took us to a beach and to eat at a bar, it looked like a permuta. The tour would be more profitable if we left on the beach of the Forte and enjoying more of Project Tamar.
Fantastic experience, really good guide who could tell in Portuguese, Spanish and English. The beaches we visited were incredibly beautiful and the water was perfect for swimming. The turtle project was really exciting, and you got close to the turtles! This trip can be highly recommended!

The walk was very good. Spectacular landscapes. Very friendly guide, who spoke Portuguese and Spanish. Prey very efficient in schedules and planning.
We had a problem when Van came to pick us up. But I contacted the company and soon they resolved. It was quite calm, no stress. I really liked the walk. It's more comfortable and cheaper than renting a car from Salvador to go to Praia do Forte. I recommend
Ariel was a great guide and we really enjoyed our time both at Praia do Forte and Guarajuba beach. The only downside is that it takes long time to pick everyone up - too many inconsiderate people who aren't ready in time
