Our family had a great time in the snow. The weather was great and it was picture perfect. Richard from Bilby Travel was helpful the whole time and showed us around. Thanks for making the ride to Mt Buller an enjoyable one.

We booked the trip via email. Max was super responsive and immediately returned our email and advise alternative days for trip due to availability. On the day , Michael our tour guide arrived on time at our pick up address. He provided us with all information and we started the long journey. He got us to great breakfast stop and helped us with snow gear cloths hire. He and his wife were two driver for long trip. They were fully professional and prepared. Trip up the mountain and down was driven with care. Overall the whole journey was a very pleasant experience. We returned back on time.

What a wonderful experience our family of 4 had! Thankyou kindly to Max for being ever so accommodating via email and also to Neil our fantastic driver and ‘tour guide’! We loved that we could stop for coffee and bakery treats on the way up to the ski slopes and also appreciated being personally taken right up to the ski area (not just dropped off in the carpark area!) and introduced to a guide who showed us the ropes and what to do/where to book! Our review also receives 5 stars on being personally picked up and dropped off at our accommodations address! It certainly took away the stress of trying to find a meeting spot and then a bonus of being dropped directly at our door after a long (but happy!) day! A private experience is way better than sitting on a crammed tour bus and we highly recommend using Bilby!

I planned my partners birthday and from the moment I enquired to the day of the event was the most pleasant experience. We went to Mt Buller and our driver Richard was soo awesome! We did nice stops on the way to the mountain, stopped at the 1000s hills (stunning view), had a coffee stop and stopped by to get snow gear! He was hilarious and was very easy to get along with! He was extremely helpful when we got to the mountain he came with us showed us around the village. Sometimes things don’t go to plan (getting lost in the ski slopes) and he was calm and didn’t get frustrated with us that we came back a little later than expected. I would 100% recommend this company! Very very comfortable vans for long drives! Thank you so much!

RUDE and poor customer services, Recently asked them about their tour offered on Mount Buller but instead got told off and scolded back, said NO.!!! Disgsuting!
Indeed, that is accurate. We will not be offering any services, and we will not condone trolling under any circumstances. You have persistently bombarded us with the same request numerous times. We have responded with patience on a couple of occasions, but now we must firmly decline. Subsequently, you began inundating us with frivolous remarks from fabricated Facebook accounts. Considering that you have never participated in our tours and have no intention of doing so, we find your review irrelevant.
We are blessed to have Richard as our driver to Mt Buller. He was giving us excellent service of bringing us around to brief where we could get the tickets, boarding lesson, sightseeing lift, food and etc. Besides, he is a responsible, careful and safe driver. We enjoyed the trip with Richard. Thank you Richard! :)

We highly recommended Bilby Travel. Max was very friendly and responsive too. During our trip to Mt Buller, i was feeling giddy and he stopped at the side just to make sure I was ok and he drove slowly up to the mountain to lessen my giddiness. He made the extra effort to help us put on our gear and guide us to Ski at Mt Buller. At the end of the tour, he even waited for us to buy our dinner thou its already over the time. Thank you Max and Bilby Travel. We love to book you again next time. :)
